Information we collect
When you register, sign in, favorite games, play games, create netplay rooms, start live broadcasts, send live messages, save cloud snapshots, or use referral links, we collect the information needed to provide those features. ROMs, packages, covers, posts, and collection data uploaded through admin are stored on the server or object storage.
Local storage and cookies
We use browser storage for language preferences, login tokens, visitor IDs, referral codes, cloud-snapshot client identifiers, and runtime cache. ROMs and emulator runtime files may be cached by the browser to reduce repeated downloads and improve launch speed. You can clear this data through browser settings.
How we use information
We use this information to provide account login, game launch, netplay rooms, live distribution, cloud snapshots, content management, referral rewards, security controls, troubleshooting, and basic operational statistics. We do not sell your personal information.
Third-party services
The site may use cloud servers, object storage, CDNs, LiveKit, coturn, EmulatorJS runtime files, and browser capabilities to provide downloads, live streaming, netplay, and media transport. Third-party services process network addresses, connection status, or file requests only as needed for those features.
Retention, deletion, and security
We retain account data, uploaded content, cloud snapshots, logs, and interaction records for as long as needed to operate the service. You may request account-data deletion or disputed-content removal through the footer email. We use access controls, private environment variables, and limited exposure to protect data, but internet transmission cannot be guaranteed to be absolutely secure.
Children
The site is intended for users who can understand online service rules and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Guardians may contact us if they believe a child provided personal information to the site.
