Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Jayce-EMU, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, stop using the site. We may update the Terms for feature, operational, or legal reasons; continued use after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
Accounts and security
You should provide usable account information and protect your account, password, and devices. Losses caused by account sharing, weak passwords, or compromised devices are your responsibility. If you notice unauthorized access, change your password and contact us.
User content and ROMs
ROMs, packages, covers, posts, collections, live messages, and other content may be submitted by users or indexed from the internet. Uploaders must confirm they have the right to submit and display the content. Games, trademarks, music, images, and programs belong to their respective rights holders.
Prohibited conduct
You may not upload malicious files, malware, phishing content, unlawful content, or content that infringes others rights. You may not use automation, exploits, reverse engineering, fake traffic, attacks, scraping, or bandwidth abuse to affect service stability. You may not harass others or post unlawful content in broadcasts, netplay rooms, or comments.
Removal requests and enforcement
Rights holders or users who believe content is infringing, unlawful, or unsuitable may contact the footer email with details and location information. We may review and remove, block, or restrict the content. For violating accounts, we may suspend features, delete content, or terminate access.
Availability and disclaimers
The site is provided as is. Emulator compatibility, cloud snapshots, live streaming, netplay, object storage, third-party runtime files, and network connections may fail because of browsers, devices, regions, bandwidth, or third-party service changes. Except where required by law, we are not responsible for indirect loss, data loss, lost revenue, or third-party content.
